Comprehensive Prenatal Care

Over the course of your appointments, I work to build a relationship with you based on mutual respect, love, and trust. I will spend time at each visit to educate you on the changes your body and baby are going through during pregnancy. I will evaluate your health to ensure your baby is growing and thriving. We will also discuss your desires leading up to birth. Care is provided both in office and in home.

Labor and Delivery

Home birth is my passion. I will work to personalize your birth based on the desires you share with me during your prenatal care. As you labor, I will offer support, guidance, and comfort to help you birth your little one into the special birth environment you have created for them.

  • Labor support by a trained birth assistant current in CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation certifications

  • Perineal evaluation following the birth and, if necessary, the use of numbing agents for suturing

  • Immediate and continuous skin-to-skin contact to promote bonding and encourage the initiation of breastfeeding

  • Delayed cord clamping to assist your baby with transition as he/she begins to breathe on their own
